Beta · 4 slots
Applications open
4 slots, and every application is read by hand. Send us a note with what your business does, roughly how many calls a week you take, how they're handled now, and which CRM you use.
Email support@voicent.aiVoicent answers your calls and then does the work: books the job, updates your CRM, texts the confirmation. It's running, and it needs to run in businesses that aren't ours. So we're taking four. Home services first, because that's the world we came from and where a missed call costs the most.
A straight trade, agreed before we start rather than sprung on you at the end.
If the honest answer at week four is that it didn't help, we want that written down too. A beta that only publishes its wins isn't a beta.
You take real inbound call volume and you know some of it is getting away. You already use a CRM, ideally GoHighLevel. You answer your own phone, or you did until it got unmanageable. You can decide things without a committee.
If you want a finished product with a support team behind it, wait for launch. This isn't that yet.
Every Voicent agent runs a workflow you can read end to end. Here's the one the beta starts from: an after-hours call, qualified, captured into GoHighLevel, with emergencies flagged for the on-call tech.
