Overview

VoicePay is Voicent’s native payments connector: create_payment_link generates a secure link the caller can pay from their phone, send_payment_request delivers it, and check_payment_status lets the agent confirm the money cleared before finalizing. Three actions that let a booking or collections call end in an actual payment. Note: VoicePay is a preview connector — its API contract is still being finalized, so treat its pages and workflows as forward-looking until it reaches general availability.

How it works

  1. The agent generates a secure link with create_payment_link for the amount agreed on the call.
  2. send_payment_request delivers the link to the caller’s phone.
  3. check_payment_status confirms the payment cleared before the agent finalizes the booking or order.
